Volunteers can choose between our 5 -day volunteerism program or our 10 -day voluntourism program. Choose your experience.

VOLUNTEERISM
5-day volunteerism abroad program where volunteers can earn a certificate of leadership after successfully completing a five day course. Volunteers focus on different aspects of service to underprivileged and underserved communities around the world. Volunteers stand to benefit from opportunities for personal and professional development.

VOLUNTOURISM
10 day program which includes all activities in the volunteerism program plus 5 additional days of unique educational and exciting tourism activities in our destination countries of service. Experience nature tours, history tours, economic awareness tours, food and art tours as well as humanitarian service project. Find our what living like a local is really like . Gain real-world experience through our expeditions to learn and grow as a person.
Classroom Painting
Volunteers will have the opportunity to paint classroom buildings and refurbish walls both inside and outside the classrooms.
Playgrounds
We will be using locally sourced materials to install the first-ever playground in the school
Library Project
We will be furnishing the schools only library with 500 reading and early childhood development books
Floor repairs
Volunteers will participate in fixing the classroom floors with the help of masons from the community
Computer lab
We will be designing and installing 20 desktop/laptop computers to serve 600 children in the school
Worshops + Donations
Volunteers will have an opportunity to teach children and youth life skills. We will also give an opportunity for teachers to participate in the learning and empowerment curriculum

Absolutely . After you sign up for a trip you will be given access to a training portal that will get you ready . All details explained including packing list items needed, safety tips, food tips, clothing tips, etc.

Absolutely Not.

Are shots required?
Yes, Ghana requires all visitors to be vaccinated against COVID and also receive a yellow fever shot which you can get at any health clinic in the united states. We recommend taking malaria and other international travel health pills for good measure

How long is the flight?
17 hours through JFK from Utah.

Where do we stay?
We stay at hotels and Air BNB's with Wifi internet access that may not be reliable and fast. Plan with your phone carriers to purchase plans for upgraded speeds if needed.
