Godwill Tandoh

Founder / CEO

Inspired by his roots in Ghana, Godwill founded the Dreamers Wish Foundation in 2021 to transform lives through education and innovation.

Drawing on his technology background, he began by renovating village classrooms—a mission that has since grown into a global movement empowering over 8,000 young dreamers across Ghana, Kenya, and Utah.

By spearheading robotics and STEM workshops for refugee and underserved youth in Utah, Godwill champions technical literacy and community-driven innovation. His work continues to build a more equitable future for children in both rural Africa and the United States.

Sheila Carrion

Sheila is a founding board member and procurement specialist at Weber State University with 15 years of experience in higher education and finance.

 

A dedicated advocate for youth, she has been instrumental in our Ghana school refurbishment program, benefiting over 600 students at Dadome Primary School. Also a trained dancer and instructor, Sheila uniquely blends her professional expertise with her passion for the arts to drive the Dance4aCause Movement, supporting the foundation's global fundraising efforts.

Reginald Maonedzo

Reginald Maonedzo is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in strategic development and organizational leadership, including a background at Goldman Sachs.

 

As Director of Global Scale, he bridges the gap between high-level strategy and grassroots execution to expand the foundation’s international footprint. Reginald is instrumental in scaling the "Dream Big" projects and mentorship programs, ensuring that our mission of STEAM innovation and educational equity reaches new communities with efficiency and lasting impact.

Beyond her academic expertise, she has led global expeditions to build schools in underserved communities, perfectly bridging the gap between cognitive science and hands-on classroom innovation. Her unique blend of technical brilliance and grassroots passion empowers students across Utah and Africa to master 21st-century skills and unlock their full potential.

Kenya Country Director

A dedicated humanitarian with over a decade of experience serving underprivileged communities in Kenya. Holding a graduate degree in Diplomacy and International Relations and a background in military service, he brings strategic leadership to his role.

 

From spearheading hospital clean-ups to supporting orphanages, Jamal’s history of compassionate service drives his mission to improve the lives of vulnerable children and lead impactful change across East Africa.

Ghana Country Director

Overseeing operations from Ghana and serving as a vital link to the Dadome Primary School. A proficient government Budget Analyst and the entrepreneur behind the organic brand Bountiful Buds, she has positively impacted over 8000 children since joining the foundation in 2021.

 

Thelma’s dedication and professional expertise have been instrumental in transforming the Mepe district, and we are grateful for her unwavering commitment to enriching the lives of the students at Dadom
