Dreamers Wish Foundation ("we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Utah, USA (EIN 87-1835814). We respect your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through dreamerswishfoundation.org and how we use it.
Information you give us
- Forms: when you contact us, apply to volunteer or sign up for a trip, we collect what you type in — such as your name, email, phone number, location and answers to our questions.
- Donations and ticket purchases: these are processed by Zeffy or Every.org. They collect your payment details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
- Shop orders: merchandise and digital products are sold through our shop partner, which handles payment and shipping details under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
- To reply to your messages and process your volunteer or trip application
- To send donation receipts and thank-you messages
- To share news about our programs, if you ask to hear from us — you can unsubscribe at any time
- To keep our programs, volunteers and the children we serve safe
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Children's privacy
Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Photos of students on this site are shared with permission from their schools and families. If you would like a photo removed, please email us.
Cookies and third-party services
Our website does not use advertising cookies. See our cookie policy for the full list. Some pages load helpful services from other companies:
- Fonts from Google Fonts and animation code from cdnjs (Cloudflare)
- Videos from YouTube, which load only when you press play (using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode)
- The donation form from Zeffy
These companies may receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, when their content loads.
Website analytics
To learn which pages and programs people care about most, we measure how our website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors found us (for example, a search engine or social media), roughly where they are (country and city), what device they use, how long they stay, and which buttons and links they click. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies. We turn off Google's advertising features, and we only look at totals and trends, never at individual people. You can block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's privacy settings.
How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. Form answers are delivered to our team by email through Web3Forms, and only our team can see them. The website is hosted by Vercel.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just email contact@dreamerswishfoundation.org.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
