When teachers grow, whole schools grow.
One trained teacher reaches hundreds of students. We train teachers in computer skills and set up STEAME labs they keep using after volunteers go home.
Our girl empowerment work helps girls stay in class every day of the month.
See the resultsHow a program comes to life
Built with communities, not for them.
We solve local issues with village chiefs, headteachers, parent–teacher leaders, and faith and women's group leaders.

Listen
We hear what the community needs most.
Plan
We design the project and budget together.
Build
Volunteers, local workers and donors make it happen.
Sustain
Trained local teachers keep it going.
