Where the money goes
The need
Bare classroom walls can stifle dreams, and many refugee families in Utah feel isolated. Art and dance give young people a voice — and give communities a reason to gather.
“Each month, we spotlight a cause that matters to the community — using dance as a joyful bridge to connection, compassion and collective action.”Dance 4 a Cause

A plain classroom gable became a celebration of the students who learn behind it — with hibiscus flowers and the words “Our future is bright.”

Dadome district, Ghana · 2025
Volunteers primed a bare white wall, then painted butterflies, a shooting star in Ghana's colors and a message for every child: “A star never forgets to shine. Neither should you.”
